6. Rewards & Tokens
   • Points, tokens, and rewards have no legal tender value.
   • We may adjust reward rules, including distribution, expiration, or redemption conditions.
   • Fraud or exploitation of system vulnerabilities to earn rewards will result in forfeiture and possible account termination.
7. Disclaimer
   • Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free performance.
   • Blockchain activities carry risks such as price volatility, network delays, and smart contract bugs.
   • We are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure events.
8. Limitation of Liability
   • To the maximum extent allowed by law, UBIQ.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   • We are not responsible for losses caused by user violations or third-party actions.
9. Termination & Suspension
   • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
   • Terminated accounts may have rewards or tokens forfeited.
10. Changes to Terms
    We may modify these Terms at any time and will post updates on our App or Website. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
